Ive insured with them for 5+ years for my Audi A4, did 2 insurance claims, i found the process quick and free of any frustrations that you typically get from insurance companies. They are not the cheapest but worth it given the horrible reviews of other lower cost insurance providers. If you are not covered to repaid in agency they have good options for repair garages (euro gulf garage and others).
